How did this simple immigrant couple create an amazing French Macarons company and are now the largest manufacturer in the US you might ask.
Well let me tell you, it was no walk in the park, but very rewarding to see flourish.
Eddy Rocq began his extensive culinary career in the heart of France at the Mederic Culinary School of Paris. His devotion and an unparalleled commitment to his craft have earned him a number of international awards, including placing first at the world-renowned French pastry contest, “Seduce”.
Over the years, his endless pursuit of perfection have landed him and his creations at France le Relais Saint Michel, Les Fermes de Marie, Hotel de Crillon, MeridienPlace de la Concorde, and most notably at Hotel L’Ermitage in Beverly Hills, CA.
Just like his macarons which perfectly pair texture and taste, Chef Rocq finds his constant inspiration from this loyal and lovely partner, Deborah. Always behind the scenes, Deborah has been building the Rocq brand into a global icon with her extensive knowledge in distribution, customer experience, and in their corporate partnerships.
What started as a sweet tooth for sweets, the Rocq's couldn't think of anything better than to utilize their extensive culinary talents and open up their hearts to their passion, the French Macaron, and all desserts in general. Together, their sharp attention to detail and many sleepless nights reflect in the outcome of this wonderful product.

We have perfected the technique of the French macaron after many years of trial and error. Our delicious Artisanal almond cookies are made fresh daily in a variety of colors and flavors, carefully selected to convey maximum satisfaction to all of our customers.
