About Delivery Connect Mobile

Delivery Connect Mobile provides your business, driver and customers with the latest delivery technology. The driver uses our electronic manifest to assist in the delivery and pickup process by providing driving directions, customer notes, stop notes and verification of orders delivered. With direct integration with SPOT Notification Center, your driver may communicate with the customer via SMS, Email or by Phone. Delivery Connect Mobile also provides integration with SPOT messaging and customer search functionality. Delivery Connect Mobile has the option to initiate SMS, Email or Push Notification with delivery, non-delivery and pickup events. “On demand” and “On the Fly” customer pickup requests are instantly integrated and processed with real-time updates and optimization.

The application uses location services in both foreground and background. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

We've made some awesome updates to make your delivery routes run smoother. Some key notes are highlighted below. The Canadian map has been restored! Now you can see delivery instructions without having to open the invoice for multi-stop customers. We've also corrected the pop-up notifications for on demand messages. For better functionality, the app will automatically clear the cache every time it’s closed. With these improvements, your routes should run smoother than ever! Graphical revision.

RouteTrac is upgraded to improve drivers’ effectiveness in the field. The app stores a default selection for preferred mapping service to avoid repetitive prompts. Drivers can drop off bags, mid-route and scan re-assignable bags at single- and multi-customer stops to ensure efficient processing. To help you keep AR and aging current, you can now ‘exclude’ single invoices for customers with standing balances from delivery routes.
