About RPM2

This app is designed to work with the RPM2 insoles.

RPM2 (Remote Performance Monitoring/Measurement) allows athletes to assess bilateral deficiencies in their training. By adjusting their training to improve bilateral efficiency, athletes will become stronger and faster.

RPM2 has four different types of exercises which can be monitored. These are range of motion, force distribution, running gait, and cycling.

Each of these offers a wide range of information to help improve an athletes performance. On that note, results from exercises can be shared to your coach or personal trainer such that they can make recommendations.

If you'd like to see what all functionality RPM2 offers without first purchasing a pair of insoles, then activate the Demo version of the app through settings. This will allow you to see the kind of functionality you can expect when using the device.
