All you need is Ruby and your cell phone to manage your business from anywhere. Use the Ruby iPhone app to view messages, update your status, and call or text from your business number. Easily forward your calls to and from Ruby or check your usage while on the go.

Hello Ruby customers,
It's Spring cleaning time! We've released an update that includes some performance improvements and bug fixes. We also updated the text library to display timestamps for each day a text displays and now allow voicemails to play via bluetooth if you have a bt device connected to your device. Enjoy!

Introducing Ruby’s Partner Marketplace now accessible through the app — our exclusive network of trusted vendors with discounts only available to our current customers. Tap the 3 dots then scroll down to the new Marketplace icon.
We've updated our push notifications to be more descriptive and accurate to your activity. When you turn Notifications on Ruby will now send push notifications for Chat Leads, Messages, Voicemails, and inbound Texts.

Hello! We've updated the Ruby app to include chat activity. If you're a full service chat customer you'll now see chats from your Ruby agent on the Home and Activity pages of the app. Tapping a chat will open the detail screen to show more information from the chat interaction including your visitor's information and transcript between our Ruby and your website visitor.
Bugs busted in this release include a contact autofill fix for texting, if you didn't have previous texts now we don't stop you from creating a new text, and the little flag is no longer tied to whether you read an activity or not.

We've released a hot fix for the Contact permission setting.
If you have allowed permissions to contacts then when you use Choose Your Caller ID, the native iOS dialpad will show the number you wish to dial.
If you have not given permissions, the dialpad will show the coded routing number and still route your call to the appropriate number.

There is also a new 1600 character alert for any text messages that are over the allowed telephony limit. No more Moby Dick novels sent via text!

Hello all, We've been busy in Portland and we hear your votes - we've redone the dialpad so it will now allow copy-and-pasting phone numbers to dial out. We've bumped a few bugs off our board too - no more keychain crashes, and improved notification delivery within the app - and we've also bumped our supported OS to iOS 12. If you're on 11 or below you'll want to upgrade to the latest and greatest to continue using the Ruby app.

Ruby’s been hard at work to bring you a new feature! Edit Your Company Information. With ever-changing working conditions make sure your company's info is up to date. You can edit your location, phone, website & more. Tap the three dots in the upper right to get to the More page & tap Company to see your info. Tapping a pencil opens a page to edit that field. Tap Save & your changes are instantly sent to Ruby.
