About RunDouble (Go from couch to 5k in 9 weeks!)

Master the Couch to 5K (also known as C25K) training program with this app, which prompts you through your 5K training. The app will track your progress in the background, optionally giving you pace and distance updates as you run. It will also tell you when you are half-way, so you can turn around and head home!
Includes these programs:
- C25K Couch to 5K
- Zero to 10K
- Five to 10K
- 5K improver - Interval training
- 10K event training
- Half marathon event training
- Varying length "Fun Runs", from 1 km to 10 miles
- Define your own Fun Runs and Intervals workouts

This version fixes a bug where metric distances (i.e. kilometres) are displayed incorrectly, and also a problem where voices would sometimes be silent after upgrading to iOS8. A huge thank-you to everyone (especially Jody K) for helping us investigate these issues.

We added the ability to edit your workout distances after your run. Thanks to Tracey, Lara, Scott, Josalynne, Jennifer, Laura and TL for the suggestion.

Also added two more voice announcements: "number of run intervals remaining" and "remaining time or distance in current interval".

Renamed the "Skip Interval" button "Finish Run" when your workout is an Open Run. (Thank-you for alerting us to this Michelle!)

Our app needs your permission to use "Location Services" and "Background App Refresh", so we now give better warnings if those permissions are not found.

This update fixes two bugs:

One major problem which caused the app to crash when downloading pre-2012 workouts from our server. (Thank-you to Nick L for your help and patience!)

Another minor problem with some nonsense wording in a dialog.

We aim to give you the best support possible - email us from the Help screen inside the app. If you like that, and like our app, please consider adding (or updating) a review in the App Store.

This update beings a frequently-requested feature: custom workouts! Define your own fun runs and interval workouts.

Custom fun runs are free for everyone; custom intervals are free with any purchase.

There are also some small bug fixes and improvements. Thank-you for your help and feedback :-)

We've made some small changes which will help us to help you better:
* a clearer set of items in the Help screen
* added the ability for the app to upload logs to our servers
* log upload is strictly opt-in: we cannot look at logs without your permission

We moved some things from the Settings tab into a new Help tab, which now includes some FAQs.

Total distances are now shown in the Statistics screen. (Thank-you for the suggestion Josh.)
