There is a stopwatch to measure the times of your runs, a pace calculator that can determine your pace as well as separate options for finding distance and time, and a running log that records your runs.
A consistent option in the stopwatch and pace calculator allow for recording in the running log. The running log can be sorted and emailed. Individual log entries can be viewed, edited, and emailed. New log entries can be added and a totals section for all log entries is available.
Stopwatch - With the stopwatch, you can time your runs, enter a distance value, and select a distance to calculate your pace. There is also the option to record your run in the running log.
Pace Calculator - With three different sections, you will be able to find pace, distance, or time for your runs. After a result is calculated, you can record the values in the running log.
Running Log - The running log displays all entries by day and distance. New entries can be added and a totals section provides information on totals of all runs. The log can be sorted by day or distance. The entire log with each entry's values can be emailed. Each log entry can be viewed, emailed, edited, or deleted. You can quickly move through entries in the detail view.
