Previously the app had to stay open to verify reps were on-site, now the phone monitors the boundary natively, even when Ruxia is closed or the screen is off. Instant "left store" and "returned" alerts, dramatically lower battery use, and no GPS coordinates are ever stored.
NEW: Reports tool. Pull team performance, shift history, and leads reports directly in the app and export to CSV.
NEW: Background trail recording for field-ops shifts. Reps no longer need to keep the app in the foreground, GPS breadcrumbs continue to record their route as they walk or drive through their territory, even when the screen is off or another app is open.
