In this update we have:
- Fixed a bug which accidentally limited the number of ideas displayed in a category to 25 only. (Create>Text and Explore>Creation categories were worst affected and will now (hopefully) show more than double the ideas!)
- added a link to the fun products in our Happy Sabbath Shop
- hopefully removed the lengthy 'update' time on startup.

- added a 'lists' area which shows biblical topics you can use for the ideas which require a topic.
- updated core files to be more compatible with the newer phones and IOS11
