About Sage Paperless Const. eForms
Replace your stacks of paper forms by publishing your forms to users in the field with eForms. With an easy to use management website, configure and publish any form to tablets in the field. Capture data and photos directly from the field and submit them instantly to your SPC server for instant storage and/ or routing. Map your forms to SPC document types and index values. Web services allow users in the field to have full lookup lists of jobs, equipment, vendors, employees, etc., straight from your Sage 100 Contractor or Sage 300 CRE databases.
Users can route between themselves, for collaboration, before submitting back to your SPC server. Capture the following: Published items (Job #'s, Vendors, etc.), Text, Dates, Time, GPS locations, Signatures, Photos or anything you want to submit back to the Sage Paperless Construction application.

- Forms that have been submitted but do not sync can now be resubmitted. Press and hold your finger on the stuck form to access the Resubmit button.
- eForms will log you back in when the user\app has been inactive for a long period of time.
- The Diagnostic's Send Logs button now performs both actions of sending device info and sending activity logs.

-The full-size images at the end of the report will no longer span multiple pages.
-Fixed a problem with wrong request location being sent when requesting a change in password from within the application
-Fixed an issue with adding special characters to the title of your form causing errors.
