Madeira Island’s AeroBus and Green Bus Trip Planner
Check timetables, routes and ticket prices of the Aerobus and Green Bus services of Madeira Island.
The Aerobus connects the Airport to most of the hotels in the city of Funchal.
The Green Buses, depart from Funchal and cover the East Side of Madeira Island.
Check timetables by location and/or bus route. Ticket price will also be displayed.

The SAM Madeira Bus uses GPS for geolocation purposes, like finding and showing the nearest bus stop to your current location, but also works offline as the timetables and bus routes are stored within your device.
For your convenience free Wi-Fi coverage is available on the Aerobus, at the bus terminals and the Express service of the green buses.
The Aerobus trip into Funchal takes approximately 40 minutes and departs from outside the arrivals terminal, you can’t miss it.
Travel tickets for all bus services are available on board.

In accordance with the latest Contingency Measures deliberated by the Government of Madeira to contain the COVID-19 pandemic, we regret to inform that the Aerobus Airport Transfer Service will be suspended, as of 20h00, 23rd March 2020 until such contingency measures are lifted, by order of the Madeira Regional Government.
