Users of applicable printer models can use the app to access SOS features listed below.

1. Report A Printer Issue
When the printer displays an error message, use this app to scan the QR code shown on the display
and see procedures on how to troubleshoot the error. Resolve troubles quickly.

2. Contact
Call or email a SATO operator directly from your phone.
Also view online manuals for SOS-ready printer models. *This feature may not be available in certain countries/regions.

3, Periodic Update
The printer generates a QR code that records the printer's current status and appears on the display at specified intervals. Use this app to scan the code and update printer status on SOS.
*This feature is available only for customers with an SOS account.

4. Add Printer
Add a printer in use to the Dashboard (menu screen) using this app. Printer info will be displayed on printer as QR code; scan with this app for easy entry.
*This feature is available only for customers with an SOS account.

5. Printer Dashboard
Display and operate the Dashboard (menu screen) from your device.
