SCROLL REPORT

Your home screen shows every tracked app in a visual pyramid — the apps you scroll most take up the most space. Each block shows your estimated scroll count with screen time underneath. Tap to see your scrolls, adjust your scroll calibration, or enable strict mode.

SET LIMITS IN SCROLLS

Traditional screen time limits feel abstract. 30 minutes doesn't feel like much. But 360 scrolls? That hits different. Set daily scroll limits for each app individually. See your progress in real time. Get notified when you're approaching your limit.

FOCUS SESSIONS

Need to lock in? Start a focus session and block all scroll apps for a set duration. Choose your difficulty:
• Easy — cancel anytime with exit challenges
• Medium — Harder exit challenges
• Deep Focus — can't cancel until the timer runs out

SCHEDULES

Set recurring scroll-free blocks for your daily routine. Morning Focus blocks scrolling from 6-9 AM. Work Mode keeps you off social media during business hours. Evening Wind Down disconnects you before bed. Create your own custom schedules with flexible day and time selection.
