This release fixed an "Appointments" issue where patients may have a seen a button or notification, in error, to start a virtual or video visit.
As a reminder, effective October 1, 2020, you can access your clinical test results and notes as soon as they are available. You can access your test results and clinical notes through “My Health” on the bottom navigation bar. For clinical notes, select "After Visit Summary", choose a past appointment, then select the “Notes” tab.

Our latest release includes updates to the "Test Results" and clinical "Notes" sections, as well as improvements to the "eCheck-In" and "Virtual Care" processes.
Effective October 1, 2020 you will have access to your clinical test results and notes as soon as they are available. To access your test results: log in to the Sentara app, select "My Health" from the bottom navigation bar, then select "Test Results". To view your clinical notes: select "My Health" from the bottom navigation bar, then select "After Visit Summary". Select a past appointment, then you'll see a "Notes" tab if there are any clinical notes available from your recent visit.
