1. FAFR Support: When creating or editing requests from the ServiceDesk Plus MSP mobile app, administrators can enable field and form rules by selecting the "Enable Field and Form Rules for Mobile App" option under Admin > Templates & Forms > Field and Form Rules. 

On updating priority, the Impact and Urgency fields will auto-updated based on the priority matrix.

However, scripts cannot be executed through Field and Form Rules for requests created or edited via the mobile app. 

This feature has been supported from server build 14700.


2. Mobile app & server compatibility check: The app now checks and redirects users to their respective mobile application when attempting to use the SDP/SCP product server in the SDPMSP mobile application.
