About SGS QiiQ

QiiQ is SGS solution for remote inspection.

It enables two or more SGS staff, or SGS staff and SGS clients to be remotely connected through voice, video streaming and documents sharing in order to conduct inspections remotely via the internet (3G/4G or WIFI). It provides a secure and highly interactive experience even in limited bandwidth conditions.

QiiQ is available to SGS staff with a personal license. Contact QiiQ@sgs.com to get a license. QiiQ is also available to SGS business partners upon invitation.

SGS QiiQ is powered by Librestream.

Direct WI-FI Connection with iOS Devices
Connect your iOS device directly to the Cube without the need for existing wireless infrastructure. Requires a cellular network for QiiQ and call services when directly connecting via Wi-Fi with the Cube.

SGS QiiQ now provides integrated file management for images and recordings captured and stored directly on the Cube

Cube Power Management
Cube Power Off Timeout setting added for power management. When the Cube is not the active Video Source but is still paired with the host device, you can now configure when the Cube powers off after being idle.

Expanded Language Support

Call Connectivity Improvements -
Improvements include sip registration, network interface status detection, firewall detect testing, audio quality.
Force Media Relay - a new setting which always routes Onsight Media (voice, video, and data) through the Librestream Media Servers. New Customers will default to Force Media Relay – enabled. Existing Customers settings will be set to Force Media Relay – disabled (allows peer to peer traffic between clients); OPM Admin can enable Force Media Relay via Client Policy.
