Get your personal workout plan according to your physical and motivational goals within more than hundreds of fitness exercises. No matter if you are a professional athlete or just getting started, you can find a workout that meets your goals.

If you don't want to join a program, we have single workouts for you, according to their difficulty level and working muscles. Or you can simply choose body parts to work on and duration to join a workout class lasting from 7 to 45 minutes.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. You will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Firstly, SHAPE has got all the previous features of Fitness Lab and also all previous subscriptions / in-app-purchases are still valid. We have mainly added two new features. Firstly, a workout builder feature, where you can create custom video workouts based on time and body parts. You will love how easy and effective it is to create workouts tailored for your needs. Also, we have added millions of recipes with nutrients. So, you can find the best food for your progress as well as the best workouts. Don't forget! There are two main activities to develop your body: Working out well and eating well (don't forget sleeping well too!).
You can find now many more video workouts in SHAPE. Also you can filter and search workouts according to your needs. As you can easily spot, we have also changed all our design and UX.
