About Weight Log - Weight Tracker

We make tracking your weight easy because losing it should be the hardest part.

We've taken a minimalist approach when developing and designing Shape Up, so you will find that there is little to no clutter with the interface and experience. Every element has been carefully chosen to provide you the most optimal experience when using the app. We are certain that utilizing Shape Up will provide you a simple weight tracking solution you've been always looking for. Check out some of the features that we offer below.

Apple Health:
During the onboarding of Shape Up, we offer the ability to import your existing Health data so you don't have to do it manually.

Weight Graph:
We offer an intuitive weight graph that will display your progress from start to finish, so you will be able to see your overall progress through your entire weight loss journey.

History:
In addition to showing your weight progress per day, we also organize the months of each year so you can see how much you've lost for each month.

Goal Weight:
Setting your goal weight is a great way to keep on track. We make that process easy by allowing you to set your goal weight, and we'll let you know your overall progress of reaching the weight.

BMI:
Accessing your BMI can really enlighten you to a particular category of where you stand in regards to your current weight. We offer this feature as a part of our premium upgrade.

Notes:
If you would like to add notes to a particular weight day for you to remember anything related to that particular day that you weighed in, we'll allow you to do this. We offer this feature as a part of our premium upgrade.
