Shell Delivery Mobile Description

Shell Delivery Mobile offers Sign on Glass technology to our Distributor customers. The Sign on Glass technology replaces paper based delivery documents. The delivery driver confirms products and product quantities on a mobile device and captures the customer’s signature electronically. An electronic Proof of Delivery is created in real-time for the customer in Shell Market Hub.

Moving to a paperless process increases efficiencies for both Shell and our customers. Distributors will no longer need to key delivery docs eliminating hand-writing or key punch errors. This process accelerates the billing process so you can receive your commissions faster.

New feature to email the Proof of Delivery document to the customer if they want to give you their email address. See the email address field on the order confirmation and Sign On Glass page.
New feature to allow for the override of the restriction on the delivered quantity to be no more than 2X the ordered quantity. Now it is a warning only.
