A set of revolutionary features was launched in this updated version of Shop 4 Rings, a mobile jewelry store that delivers the majestic glitter straight to your hands: ring sizer, wishlists, new swiping function and a bunch of handy elements which allow users to get snapshots of their hands and try on a ring as if it is actually put on their finger.
Like other machine learning methods – systems that learn from data – neural networks have been used to solve a wide variety of tasks, as the most accurate and professional hand recognition opportunities.
Swiping function was also changed from choosing a finger on your hand to trying different jewelry on the same finger. So now you’ll be able to first choose a finger you want to try rings on and after that swipe and see various rings changing on it.
Another innovative feature of our update is a ring sizer. With the continuing increase in consumers shopping rings through our app, there is a requirement to ensure that expensive purchases such as wedding bands are done properly right from the start.
In the United States, for example, ring sizes are specified using a numerical scale, with quarter and half sizes. Taking into consideration all these details we’ve created a ring sizer which corresponds the sizes of each country.
