"Shotokan Karate White Belt" app organises the content in 4 different courses:

* Theory : Learn about Shotokan Karate history, principles and conduct. This course is FREE!
* Kihon - Basic Training : Explains in detail the first techniques one learns in Shotokan Karate (stances, hand strikes and kicks). Also teaches about vital points and natural weapons.

The following two courses will be available in the next update of this app:
* Kata : Explains the first Kata one usually learns in Shotokan Karate (Heian Shodan). Also has information on the application of the movements contained for self-defence ("bunkai").
* Kumite : Explains the training methods used to introduce a new student to the actual application of the techniques in combat.
