ShowMgr Go securely communicates time-sensitive data from the cloud-based ShowMgr.com Media Production Management System. Used by small, mid sized and enterprise level clients, ShowMgr Go users can manage their schedule from their phone by viewing work orders, shifts and time away requests. Managers are kept up to date as users access and submit electronic timecards, documents, and photos from the field. ShowMgr’s mobile companion empowers your team to update details about their work orders and request time away on the go, allowing them to be connected with their fellow crew members no matter where they are.

This update includes performance improvements and bug fixes to make ShowMgr GO better for you
Create New Orders
Users can now create orders from the field. From ShowMgr GO’s homepage, click the “orders” icon in the top right corner. This follows the same permissions as the web app. Users will only be able to create the order classes allowed by their access level.
View My Orders
Users will now be able to view and interact with orders that they’ve created. From the orders logo in the top right corner, select a list view. Users can select from a list of orders they’ve created to edit order details, add documents and view bookings and contacts associated with the order. Orders appear in a chronological order, starting with the order most recently created.
Request Time Away
“Appointments” is now “Time Away.” From the Time Away tab, users can click the plus button in the upper right corner to submit a new time away request.

Users will now be able to edit order attributes from within ShowMgr GO. When looking at an order’s details page, select an attribute to change the value. Users must have modify permissions to update an attribute’s value.
