This leading bird app is user-friendly and easy to navigate, regardless of whether you are a novice or experienced birdwatcher. Identify birds easily! Using our Smart Search filters and My Location setting you'll find that bird you're looking for in no time!

• A new easy to navigate menu system on iPhone.
• A new grid view with larger thumbnails.
• Display species names in English, French, Spanish and Latin (Scientific).

Added images and text for the European subspecies of Sandwich Tern.
Changes to align with the 2023 AOS checklist supplement:
- merged Cordilleran Flycatcher and Pacific-slope Flycatcher into Western Flycatcher.
- changed name of Northern Goshawk to American Goshawk, and changed text to reflect the split from Eurasian Goshawk.
- changed name of Common House-Martin to Siberian House-Martin and adjusted images and text.
Updated maps including Limpkin, Brown Booby, Dark-eyed Junco, American Flamingo, Chihuahuan Raven, etc.

This is a major update to the app and has many new features and fixes:
As with any update there is a chance that your My List data could be erased, please make sure you have saves a backup before updating.
New Tags feature that lets you create your own species lists that are sharable (as csv files) and searchable (in Smart Search).
My Location now includes status and monthly status so these selections are now global (instead of only in Smart Search).
All My Location global settings are shown in the species list and can be accessed by tapping this information.
Bird calls now include more information like location and recordist.
Added some new and updated sounds.
Made alphabetic index the default list if this was your last list used.
Fixed some data errors and bugs.
