About Simple Reiki Timer

This app is designed to be your companion during Reiki sessions. This simple timer can be used both during self-healings, Reiki healing others or during your everyday meditations.

This app plays a gong sound to remind you to change your hand positions during Reiki healing. So that you can focus on Reiki & not worry about how long to stay in any particular position.

How to use this app:

For example, if you want to send Reiki for 3 minutes in 7 different hand positions - set the duration as 3 & repetitions as 7.

1. Start by entering the duration for each hand position & the number of times it repeats.

Click begin to start the timer. Once done, click the 'stop timer'.

2. You can start your Reiki meditation now. After each cycle, the app plays a soothing gong sound, which is a cue to change your hand position.

3. Click on the ? icon to know more about how to use the app.
