- SKF Pulse makes it easy to collect and interpret machine data. The SKF Pulse Sensor in combination with the SKF Pulse App monitors a wide range of issues relating to vibration and temperature. SKF Pulse 1.8.0 includes:
• New functionality to ensure that users can communicate important information to SKF analysts, leading to improved analysis and more valuable Pulse Check Reports:
• Asset and Nameplate images are now required in order to request analysis. Users will be prompted to add these images if they are missing when a Pulse Check is requested.
• If Bearing Designations are not included for an asset, users will be prompted to enter the designations when requesting a Pulse Check. Designations are highly recommended for improved analysis, but they are not required.
• A comment box has been added for users to communicate specific concerns related to the asset, the reason they are requesting a Pulse Check, or any other pertinent information they would like to share with the analyst. Comments are optional.
• Russian language
• Cycloidal gearboxes added to the asset selection list
• Bug fixes and improvements
