Educational Content:
Each skill comes complete with an interactive 3D skill demonstration model, 12 coaching cues progressing from introductory to advanced, and skill assessment questions. All content is appropriate for ages 6 and up. Skill Lab content is created by educated professionals in the fields of physical education, coaching and strength and conditioning.
Locomotor Skills: Running, side shuffling, skipping, vertical jump, long jump, leaping, single leg hopping, forward rolls, and galloping.
Manipulative Skills: Overhand throwing, underhand throwing, trapping, two handed catching and kicking.
Basketball: Free throws.
Barbell Exercises: Front squat, back squat, deadlift, overhead press, bent over row, bench press and incline bench press.
General Fitness Skills: Single-leg balancing, push ups, curl ups, trunk lifts, sit and reach, and 10 different core training exercises.
