About SmartFieldForms
SmartFieldForms is a Smart Audits and Mobile Inspections App, which allows businesses to create digital forms and checklists, conduct field audits and inspections. Also, users are able to manage the data collected and run audit reports in real time.
SmartFieldForms was built to help companies and individual inspectors who collect data on the field and rely on its safety, availability, and integrity. SmartFieldForms is not only the mobile app – it is the whole platform where users can build their forms from scratch, upload existing PDF forms and get real-time insights on the data collected.
We believe that such functionality should not be costly and actually help businesses save money, that’s why we have two options:
- FREE Full-Featured plan for one user. Not a trial with end period or data limitations, but actual FREE account. Use it as much as you need it, storage, forms, and features are unlocked and unlimited.
- $10/user/month plan. If you have more than one inspector, you can use SmartFieldForms with all features enabled and unlimited data storage for only $10 a month per user.
With SmartFieldForms you can:
- Build your forms from scratch or use existing PDFs
- Collect data online and offline
- Take pictures and draw on them
- Input text using your voice
- Capture and display GPS locations
- Collect multiple signatures
- Reject or accept submissions
