The PURELL SMARTLINK™ Observation System is a mobile application and accompanying web-based software that facilitates the electronic collection and collation of hand hygiene and personal protective equipment metrics. Observers use the OBV System app to collect the HH and PPE observations.

Added new features based on customer feedback in support of new requirements surrounding PPE:
• "Eye Protection" has been added as a PPE option across all new/existing precaution types.
• "Standard" precaution type has been added based on COVID/pandemic protocols that require "Eye Protection" and "Mask" PPE.
This is a REQUIRED update for all users. Work with your local IT department as needed to ensure that your app updates successfully.
