About SMART-Study

This application, created by researchers at Dana Farber Cancer Institute, allows you to track your symptoms on a daily basis through surveys and receive tailored advice based on what you report.
You will also be able to track your steps, sleep, and heart-rate and communicate with the members of our team. One of the goals of palliative chemotherapy is to make patients feel better by reducing their symptoms. Sometimes, however, chemotherapy treatments can cause side effects and it can be hard to figure out how to manage them at home—or even when to call your doctor. This app will give you information about how to manage side effects, to improve symptoms, and to reach your team when you need them. This app is integrated with Apple Health.
