Current location data are only stored if SmartWay Pro mode is activated. This allows us to provide better individual suggestions on your regular journeys. In addition, you will receive relevant disruption alerts on these routes.

■ Departure board: overview map with current public transport timetable data and disruption notifications.
■ Shared mobility: displays availability and locations for e-scooters, car sharing and bicycles.
■ SwissPass Mobile: your public transport travelcards are displayed digitally. All travelcards (GA, Half Fare, seven25 and regional ones) can be presented conveniently with SmartWay. Simply launch the app and show the conductor your SwissPass Mobile screen.

You now have the option of using all the basic functions of SmartWay without a login. To book mobility services or activate SmartWay Pro straight in the app, a SwissPass login is required.
The new SmartWay Pro mode enables a personalised app experience. By collecting location and movement data, we can offer you personalised forecasts for your usual routes. You also receive relevant information about the current situation in the event of disruption.

Where available, SmartWay displays e-bikes and e-scooters as an additional option for part of your journey in addition to public transport or travel by car.
Open SmartWay during your journey with the assistance function activated and find out all relevant information about departures in your vicinity.
You can now use the map for search requests. Using your fingertip, you can find out how far away you are from your destination and the best way to get there.

If there is disruption on a route relevant to you, you will receive a personalised push notification. You can now deactivate the push notifications manually.
