Better driving physics. The front wheels just weren't gripping enough.
Now they got some pull! Still don't like how the car is climbing up on top
of other cars/rocks/trees. Will fix that on the next pass.

Upgraded the camera. Had a strange math bug that I finally figured out.
It was making the camera look at the wrong angle, which made it really hard to
handle some of those sharp turns.

Moved lives recharge time to 2 mins. Maybe we play longer now?

New rim colors. I didn't really like those green/pink/orange ones so much :/
