About Smilingheart 心思良品

為了能協助她，中心嘗試為她舉辦了一個手工藝小組。由於不想嚇怕這位婦女，中心只為她找來兩三位對製作小手工有興趣的婦女，讓她在一個感到安全的環境下，能經驗教授小手工的過程。意想不到地，這位婦女在每次的教授中因著獲得不同的正面體會，她開始感到自己教授他人對自己生活中的意義。每當她教授其他人完成一件小手工，都是對自己能力的再一次肯定。這個能力不是她自己一個人的體會，而是今天每一個參與「心思良品」製作的抑鬱症人士的體會與肯定。
