- The new Auditory Touch access method enables users to better navigate and make selections confidently with the support of audio cues. The access method settings can be configured to make selections in one of two ways: use touch and drag to hear audio cues, then lift the finger from the screen to select, or touch once to hear the audio cue then touch again to select.

- Customers may select language-specific voices to support on the fly voice switching:
- When the Message Window contains both English and Spanish text, the English text is spoken by the defined English voice and the Spanish text is spoken by the defined Spanish voice.
