WHAT IS SNAPCLARITY?
Snapclarity is an on-demand, mental healthcare platform dedicated to creating a connected care experience that makes mental health support easy to access.

HOW DOES SNAPCLARITY WORK?
We deliver a different mental wellness experience by connecting people to easy identification of personal risk factors, early intervention, and confidential, evidence-based treatment an therapy.

A closer look at the full Snapclarity journey:

1. Mental Health Assessment
Our patent-pending, clinically-validated assessment takes 15 minutes to complete and identifies a person's risk level for 13 mental health disorders

2. Personalized Care Plan
We provide an actionable care plan that is generated immediately and includes potential treatment interventions.

3. Health Concierge
At any point in your journey, conveniently access our Health Concierge Team for triage, clinical consultation, and support.

4. Immediate Match to Therapist
The intelligent algorithm matches you with your personal, licensed virtual therapist, who specializes in your areas of risk.


5. Evidence-Based Virtual Therapy
Access your therapist through texting and/or book an audio/video therapy session. Each month, you have 60 minutes of audio/video therapy chat that can be used all at once, in 30 minute intervals or in other time slots that work for you and your therapist. Additional video time is also available for purchase.


6. Expertly-Curated Resources and Tools
Whether engaged in therapy or not, access preventative tools and resources, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy guides, to keep you healthy and happy.



WHO ARE THE THERAPISTS?
Therapists are required to hold a Master's level or Ph.D. education in a therapy-related field with 2+ years of counselling experience. They are registered with a therapy regulatory college or a Canada-wide association, i.e., CCPA, while receiving regular clinical supervision.

HOW DOES SNAPCLARITY USE APPLE HEALTH?
We’ve integrated Apple Health into our services to give you the option to collect information about your sleep activity. You can choose to share this information with your therapist in order to provide them with accurate insight into your daily life and health, as they support you along your mental wellness journey. You can grant your therapist access to this information by turning on permissions for “Share Sleep & Activity” through the main menu.

WHAT IS THE COST?
A paid monthly subscription is required to access therapy. The membership cost per month is $199.99 - and, we also partner with employers to provide Snapclarity as a benefit to employees at no cost to them. Please note that the payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. To manage and/or cancel your Snapclarity subscription, please visit your App Store and go to “Account Settings After Purchase.”
