About Social Intelligence

This is the mobile app which provides the social media analytics services of "Social Intelligence", the social media analytics project of Information Age for I.T. Consultations (Kuwait). The app allows our customers to view trending Twitter tweets, hashtags and accounts in Kuwait for the last 24 ours and the last 48 hours. Historic trending Twitter tweets, hashtags, and accounts in Kuwait are also available through the app.

The app also allows the users to get push notifications about emerging and trending topics on social media in Kuwait. Besides, the app provide advanced analytical reports of selected trending topics in Kuwait discussed on Twitter and other social media channels.

The app services utilize advanced intelligent analytical systems used for analyzing big data retrieved from Twitter and other social media channels. Text mining, sentiment analysis, and Arabic language processing applications are also used to provide these services. Moreover, the app provides our clients with live listening of social media discussions about specific topics.
