SocialTools - Follow Acceptor

Added new settings to improve compatibility.

Added Slow Mode, which can be found in the Settings tab at the bottom.

- Added a licensing dashboard so people can fully manage their licenses in-app. The old version just wasn't cutting the mustard.

- Follow request scanner has been added. SocialTools will now track follow requests beyond the normal limit of 1000. This feature is available at no additional charge to all Auto Acceptor subscribers.
- Added Apple in-app purchase support. Users may now purchase SocialTools licenses in-app.
- Fixed a crash that would potentially occur when connecting an Instagram account to SocialTools if the user entered a username containing invalid characters.
- Fixed an issue where the Accounts page would never finish loading for some users with very old SocialTools accounts.

-Fixed a big that was causing crashes for some users when more than 1,000 follow requests were accepted.

-Adding Instagram accounts with software-based two-factor authentication enabled is now fully supported.

-Accept history is now recorded and viewable on the History page.
