We’re making it faster, easier and safer to call for help in an emergency – using just your voice. Voice activation lets you use a two-word secret phrase to request help in times when you don’t want anyone around you to know. Or, just say “Hey Siri” and whatever custom phrase you setup, which will send an SOS alert to ADT. If you use your secret phrase, ADT will immediately contact first responders and send them to your GPS location, though you still have the ability to cancel the SOS with a quick text if it’s a false alarm. If you ask Siri to send an SOS, you will be able to cancel within 10 seconds if it’s a false alarm. ADT will contact you first to confirm the emergency and send help to your location. Voice Activation comes with the TrackMe+ subscription package for just $3.99/mo.

We've added account notifications into the app. So if you have new notifications from us, at the top of the screen you'll see a little bell with a small red circle. Just tap on the bell icon and you'll go straight to the notifications section.

If you’re in an emergency, you want help fast. So, we added a widget that lets you send an SOS alert with a quick tap from your lock screen. Once you tap to “unlock” the SOS feature the first time (so you don’t accidentally butt-dial us), you can send an SOS alert to ADT with one tap. You can still enter your PIN to cancel. If you’ve added TrackMe, you’ll also be able to start and stop tracking from your lock screen. To add the widget, just swipe right on your lock screen and tap “Edit” once you download the app.
Additional TrackMe Notifications
Now, when you’re running a tracking session, you’ll get an alert 2 minutes left before it ends to remind you to end or extend your session, if you need to – so we know not to check in with you if you don’t need it.
Low Battery Notification
We don’t want you to run out of juice during a session, or just during your day. So, we’ll notify you when your battery life hits 15%.
