it's especially design for provide the best piloting experience with or without the DJI remote controller,

Without the DJI Remote Controller, you can now fly your Spark FASTER, up to 32+mph (50+ km/h), you can fly FARTHER, you have no distance limit and you can fly BETTER because the app is compatible with all MFI bluetooth joypad giving you the ability to pilot with a physical controller instead of the virtual touch pads
VR Mode:
You can use this app with basically all VR headset on the market! the view is fully customisable to fit all needs, you can set position, dimension and eye-witdh right with the sticks of your controller (bluetooth or original DJI remote).
Enjoy the special animated On screen Display in VR mode! it will provide you all the informations that you need!
If you need to look around while wearing the VR headset (goggles) you can switch from Spark Point of View to Your Point of View (using the iPhone camera) by pressing the Fn button on the Spark DJI remote controller.
AR Localizer
You have two Augmented Reality Localizer that will help you orient yourself on the Spark video feed.
The green locator will always indicate your position, while the red one will show you the Position and Distance of a Point of Interest that you can choose on Map. They are a great help to find your destination!
Localizers are available in normal mode, full screen and “VR” Mode
Complete access to all camera settings
FCC mode friendly (do not automatically switch to CE mode)
Works with OTG connection (and highly recommended)

Added support to gimbal modes:
You can select the gimbal mode: "Follow" which is the normal mode stabilized on 3 axes or "FPV" in which the gimbal is no longer stabilized on the “Roll” axis, you can change it in the app settings or simply press and hold the FN button for 2 seconds to switch from one mode to another (available in normal and VR mode)

Flight Log Export
-you can now export from the all flight logs
this may look a small update but it's very important:
-flight logs are automatically generated by the DJI SDK
-these files are not user readable (unless using third party service)
-users can use these flight logs with DJI service centers if they are making a warranty claim
we are working on more exciting updates for the 2019! stay tuned and Happy New Year!
-you can now export from the all flight logs

Home Point handling improvement:
-added voice prompt when the home point is saved
-added map annotation for the home point
Radar
-added Radar that show how the drone and the remote controller are oriented one respect the other
-the Radar will appear on screen only when the distance of the drone is >20m (>65ft)
-the Radar is available in the normal piloting screen , in VR mode and in WP mission screen
-the orientation of the remote controller is based on the compass of your iPhone/iPad and the GPS position of your iPhone/iPad, GPS and compass errors can effect the accuracy of the Radar in low distance from the drone especially if the distance from the drone is low.
