In this update, we've added some more hazards types. Now we have a separate category for temporary points: Mobile Ambush, Road Repair, Police Checkpoint, Traffic Collision, and Tripod Speed Camera. These points have up to several days' lifetime before being deleted from the server automatically.
By users' requests, we've also added Railway and Pedestrian crossings.

We work hard to deliver new releases right on time. Here is what was done:
We've heard you had some troubles on iOS 11 ... not anymore.
Do you have iPhone X? We bet you don't yet. But anyway, we've already made Radar to not look ugly running on it. Be a bit patient to check it out.
We noticed that only a few of you do update alerts database frequently. That's why we've added an automatic update feature. Now you can turn it on and just forget about updates page.
We've also fixed some very frustrating crashes.

Ok, one week past since latest release. Hope you’re doing well.
We were in such a rush to deliver our lovely application to you, so this release is mainly linked to a “backstage” work:
- Stability improvement. (Yes, we do care)
- Issue fixes. (Nothing is perfect)
- Small changes in sound notifications behavior based on your feedbacks. (You are heard)
And a bit of visible stuff:
- We’ve added a Live Guide. A helpful tool to understand from where to start in using application.
We’re aware that not everybody actually reads “What’s new” notes (high-five if you do!). That’s why we are going to inform you about new awesome features right inside Live Guide.

Hi, guys!
Right after we released our first version we, obviously, had a party.
You know, on each party there is an “odd guy”. He was just walking around muttering something like “It’s not stable …”, “We should have tested it more …”. Then he just disappeared. We’ve found him later sleeping on the desk in front of his laptop with the new application version assembled.
Actually, we don’t know the whole story, but here is what he said:
- Voice alerts now work when the app is in the background mode.
- Another audio stream is not interrupted anymore after notification about the danger. What a shame! How dare we stop your favorite music? What if you’re listening to Rock’n’Roll … nobody should stop Rock’n’Roll, even Speed Camera Radar! Sorry for that, guys.
Our designer told us he had a vision and now he is seeing the entire picture differently. We listened carefully and ...
- … and changed map markers a bit … just a little bit … just a few pixels. You might not even notice these changes, but they are dramatically important for our “artist”.
- We've done some boring stuff like bug fixing. Hey, mister “I use iOS 9”, all for you. We’ve washed away most of your issues because we still love you.
- Ah, yes, we’ve also improved performance and battery life … just because we can.
