Sports Calories Lite Description
You have decided to monitor your weight and practice a sport. It is therefore essential to know the caloric amount that you can lose by practicing it.
This application is made for you.
You will find caloric losses in 18 sports: from rowing to karate to swimming and so many other activities.
Caloric loss also depends on the duration of physical activity. No problem . The caloric losses are defined for different durations whose base is 15 minutes, the minimum duration for a significant loss.
So do some sports. Eat, but move and control your figure.

The Calories Sports application works
-the caloric loss depends on the basic weight of the individual so, for the calculations to be individualized, you must first enter in the dedicated window your weight in kg
- you must then choose the duration of your sporting activity. To do this, you can choose between 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 1 hour and if you want a longer duration, use the numbers on the keyboard, knowing that 15 minutes = 1, ex: 1h and a half is equal 6 X 15 min = 6 X 1 = 6
- the data are finally associated with the sport you practice. You choose it from 18 buttons, on 1 screen, representing 18 sports
-the lost calories are calculated and appear in a dedicated screen
You can thus prepare your sports session
