Any sports trainer can register and upload their own workout plan that can be 1, 2 or 3 months long. When registered as a trainer, you will be provided a website link to upload your plan and enter your banking information. You will be provided two templates to fill in workouts for lifting or drills.
Trainers can upload videos, pictures, and descriptions of the workout/drill through the activity page on the app.
As a trainer, you have complete control of what you provide and price you set.
New and experienced athletes have access to multiple sports trainers plans, so athletes can execute drills on their own, with a teammate or coach, to help develop their skills at their sport.
Have a one-on-one conversation with your trainer to gain insight on how to better your techniques or receive valuable information on developing a certain skill.
Use this app to build your strength, improve your skills, and gain confidence to be the best athlete you can be.
There will be challenges and competitions that Trainers and Athletes will be able to compete in to receive specials in the store and cash prizes.
