1. Create a new workout or select from a previously saved one.
a. Add a name to your workout.
b. Input your 1 Repetition Maximum.
c. Provide the number of sets you'll do.
e. Add repetitions and % of 1 Repetition Maximum for each set.
2. View your workout.
3. Iterate through each set with the weight to lift calculated for you!
4. Finish your workout and enjoy your newly gained muscle!
