We've included the ability to assign optional, adjustable colored overlays / backgrounds on a per-child basis, making it easier to read text for children who find black text on a white background difficult to process. There are 10 colors, each with adjustable opacity.
> New Squeebles:
We've added 5 completely new Squeebles characters to the app, all designed by our most recent competition winners (well done all of you!)
> Treasure Hunt:
We've added a treasure hunt! Find the first clue hidden in the app and follow the trail of 8 clues to unlock the Secret Squeeble. Don't worry parents and teachers - to solve all the clues, children will still need to do their spellings!! The Secret Squeeble can only be won by completing the treasure hunt and then she can be used in the Squeeberang game and will appear in your child's gallery of Squeebles.

- The number of times a "tricky" word has to be answered correctly before it's removed from the Tricky Test area can now be set by you for each child.
- The time your children see each word for (if at all) before being asked to spell it can now be set to reduce / increase automatically on a per-test basis, depending on the last score achieved in that test.
- The app can now be set to ask each child to retype any incorrectly spelled word before they can continue to the next word, for maximum retention (setting available on a per child basis).
