Added handling for updated data structures

- Add bag counts to delivery orders on the list view
- Improve styling of detail view and display phone number on all orders

Fixed bugs:
- Automatically refresh stops after changing driver accounts
- Marking orders delivered
- Photo on delivery

Order Grouping: Orders with the same address will be grouped together on the list view. One row will show the group address with sub-rows below that for each individual order.

“No-show” Fee: If your facility has set a Late Cancelation & Reschedule Fee set (Services > Fees), when the driver hits “skip” or “reschedule” on a pickup the driver app will trigger an option to charge that fee to the customer.

Skipped & Unready Orders: The menu now includes an option to display skipped pickups and delivery orders not yet Ready. The driver will be able to unskip those orders or make them ready.

Re-Sequence Stops: On static routes Drivers can now to go to the menu, hit “Reorder Route”, drag & drop their stops, and save the new stop sequence.

Past Order Search: Your driver can now search for past orders via a barcode scan or keyboard search by order number, customer ID number, or locker number.

Fixed an issue with line items periodically disappearing and reappearing

Photo On Pickup: Similar to photo on delivery, the driver can now take a photo on pickup. This photo will be send to the customer and saved on the order in the dashboard.

Delivery Scan Tickets: Drivers can now scan (and be required to scan, if desired) ticket barcodes on delivery as an alternative to scanning QR Codes.

Status Bar: The list view of orders now displays the number of pickup and deliveries left to complete and the number of skips on each route..

Bag Count: The driver is now able to record the Bag Count on the order. You also have the option to require the driver to enter a bag count on pickup.

Address Instructions: The driver is now able to edit address instructions from the driver app.

Last Delivery Date: The list view now shows the customer's last delivery date. Drivers can use this to identify stale recurring customers and drop marketing or send a message.
