This major update includes a new look and feel with an updated, more streamlined design. If you've upgraded to premium features, you can now pin your notes directly to your Lock Screen! There's tons of additional small features like font preview, simple note naming, better explanation of how widgets work, and more!

This update includes substantial reliability and performance improvements for Lock Screen widgets.

Select any of your notes and tap the … button to set it to any of three Lock Screen widget slots. When customizing your Lock Screen, choose one of your Sticky Widgets widgets and put it on your screen to have your note always visible!

An all-new update to Sticky Widgets is here, with a handful of great new features! See what's new:

- For upgraded users, creating multiple matching notes has never been easier. Save a preset and apply it to any other note in just a single tap!
- For iOS 15 users, easily search through your notes by pulling down and typing in some of your note content
- For iOS 15 users, search among all fonts with the new search bar
- Smaller buttons are now easier to tap
- A nicer list-editing appearance
- Improved syncing of notes

This update includes a few improvements including:

- Support for the extra-large widget size on iPadOS 15
- A new "add item" Shortcut action to add items to a list

Sticky Widgets 3.0 is a huge update with lots of improvements. Here's a list of what's new:

- Lists. The most requested feature is here! In addition to classic free-form notes, you can also create lists. Each item can be toggled on and off (even from medium and large-sized widgets) and adding to your list is just as simple as you've come to expect from Sticky Widgets.
- Set note names. A major usability feature, you can now give your notes names and use them to tie notes to widgets (instead of relying on an auto-assigned ID number).
- Create notes directly from the note list. No need to do the widget-based note creation process of the past (though you absolutely still can). This should be much more user-friendly and understandable.
- Read or set notes from Shortcuts. Update your notes directly from a Shortcut action, and read your notes programmatically as well. This can be used to
- Undo/redo. Mistype something or accidentally delete some of your note? The new undo/redo buttons are here to help!
- Import/export. For those important notes, you can now export your whole note library for safe keeping, importing them back to Sticky Widgets at a later time.
- Improved syncing. The entire cloud backup and syncing layer has been rewritten. As always, no need for any sort of login or password: it uses your iCloud account.
- Substantial design and UI improvements. The whole app has had a touchup, especially the note editor with an all-new edge-to-edge design.

- No longer will you see the brief glimpse of the instruction screen when you tap on a widget to edit it, making this idea of editing text directly from system widgets even more seamless.
- There's better explanation in the app for how to make more than one note. Remember: there's really no real reason to open the app via the app icon. Go ahead and hide that in your App Library.
- For power users, there's now a URL scheme to auto-populate a note, allowing you to save in one tap: sticky-widgets://create?text=Some%20text%20here
- Additionally there's some UI improvements across the board to improve usability
- This build fixes an issue where the app clears out prematurely when going to the background

Here's a fresh new version for you, with many highly-requested features. Check out what all is new in Sticky Widgets version 1.4:

- Additional background colors for users who have upgraded. Yes, this includes black!
- Upgraded users can also now change their text color for even more fun notes.
- Fonts. Tons of fonts. Pretty much every font on your system is now available for upgraded users, including various weights and styles.
- You can now rotate text if you'd prefer it at an angle (or upside down). This is available for everyone.
- Improved flow if you prefer to edit notes from the Saved Notes tab.

- You can now set an alignment for your text: left, center, or right, of course - but also pin your text to a corner or the top or bottom as well!
- You can now set a maximum size for your text. It will always shrink to show everything, but if you don't want the text to be massive for short notes, set a maximum size.
- Fixes for overly truncated text
- Additional UI improvements
