According to the Anxiety and Depression Association of America, anxiety disorders are the most common illnesses in the United States, affecting approximately 18% of the American population. With this risk, isn't it time for a change? Welcome to Still.
Still Okay is an app created by four women -- Jothi Ramaswamy, Anushka Saxena, Lisa Zaher, and Karen Zhao -- to help people keep track of their anxiety attacks.
Still has various features to help you keep track of your progress with anxiety, including:
*A feature to log your anxiety attacks and write descriptions
of your anxiety attacks that you can email to yourself if you desire
*An emergency button that you can hold down if you are having a panic attack. This will send a text to an emergency contact that you input into the app in the profile section
*Charts to show you your progress with anxiety attacks in the past month
