• Identify areas in your life you want to improve
• Create a category for each area.
• Create goals you want to achieve in each category of life
• Swipe left on the goal to assign sub-goals and habits to the goal
• These habits should be actions you can do on a regular basis that will build to you achieving your goal.
• Stick to your habits and track your progress with the Dashboard.
• Achieve your goals.
