Added the option to watch a video to earn extra in-game cash.

You can access this in one of three ways:

1) The button labelled “Watch a Video” on the "Get Investment" screen (from the summary screen, tap the money box then tap the button “Boost your band’s finances!”.

2) If you haven’t removed ads from the game, you will get a message every few weeks offering you the chance to earn money.

3) If you start to run out of money and you get messages about the bank balance being low.
