Sway Workforce is an app that reinvents the way employees are monitored for signs of imbalance or delayed reaction. Using the built-in motion sensors of a mobile device to assess stability, reaction time, impulse control, inspection time, and other measures, Sway enables supervisors to objectively measure if an employee is fit for duty.
