How SwiftCall Works

SwiftCall warms up your cold calling by helping you dial more leads more quickly and by making every step of the process easier.

Create leads or import them with a CSV. SwiftCall will do the work of sorting them into call lists based on your goals. Organize call lists based on your progress (cold leads, warm leads, hot leads) or by subgroups (such as by industry or geographic location). Use SwiftCall Cloud Storage (a $14.99 In-App Purchase) to automatically sync your leads across all of your iCloud Devices.

Then auto-dial away. SwiftCall will keep auto dialing and presenting leads to you in rapid succession, while helping you document call notes and then taking follow-up actions. This can go even more quickly when using SwiftDial.

Schedule your follow-up calls with SwiftCall’s Planner. If you have Siri Suggestions enabled, Siri will also prompt you right before your scheduled call, allowing you to tap the notification to dial in.

Measure your progress from your call sessions with our Analytics Dashboard, which helps you measure your calls, deals, and revenue. Review call logs and achievements earned to measure long-term performance. Create reports from the Dashboard to show off your performance to the team.

SwiftCall has a new logo! But there’s even more improvements to round out our big update to SwiftCall’s square. 

With this update, we fixed a minor issue on the Analytics Dashboard and also an issue where the celebratory confetti wasn't showing after meeting a call session goal. Now you can keep celebrating! Also, an issue with push notifications was resolved. So if you have push notifications on, you will be sent push notifications to remind you of your scheduled calls.

•Dark Mode: Go to the dark side with Dark Mode! SwiftCall can be used in Apple's light mode or dark mode setting, just go to Settings -> Appearance -> Dark to view SwiftCall in Dark Mode

SwiftCall 3.0 revamps analytics and makes call sessions swifter than ever! The Dashboard's Weekly Summary will now show you comparisons to how you performed last week. These analytics give you a better picture for how well you are reaching your call goals. The Call Center now also enables lead editing while in call sessions so you can change details on the fly (like adding an email or a subgroup). There are a variety of improvements throughout many of SwiftCall's features. SwiftCall 3.0 also fixes minor issues, including one that was impacting subgrouping in limited circumstances and one that impacted some revenue recording. We have added Planner improvements to take advantage of iOS 12 Siri Suggestions! Siri Suggestions will now prompt you at the time of your call, allowing you to tap the notification to dial in. This is in addition to the alert that comes one hour before your scheduled time. Activate Siri Suggestions by going to Settings -> Siri & Search, and enabling "Suggestions on Lock Screen" as well as the other areas if you wish. We also resolved an issue with Calendar event titles that was occurring when scheduling calls from the call center.

SwiftDial Mode is here! In our journey to create the features most requested by users, we may have made an update to end all updates (just kidding). Turn SwiftDial on and the app will rapidly dial through leads in a call list without showing the post-call survey or Follow-Up Actions. Any time you want to take a Follow-Up Action, press Cancel on a call and go to the previous lead. Follow instructions in the app for more details.
