Sync: Secure Chat & Private AI

- Call Stability & Reliability: Calls connect and end more predictably with accurate real-time status updates and correct caller names/photos. We’ve also enhanced incoming-call visibility, call-log metadata, and handling for edge-case duplicate calls.

- Streamlined Notifications: Missed-call notifications are more dependable. Push-notification delivery has been optimized so in-app alerts display seamlessly while redundant background banners and duplicate alerts are eliminated.

- Smoother Chat & Sync: Experience faster reconnection and message synchronization when resuming the app. Chat navigation, pagination auto-scroll behaviors, and direct/group messaging availability have all been improved.

- Enhanced UI & Navigation: Tapping a friend-request notification now jumps you straight to your updated Contacts tab. We’ve also resolved a persistent "No connection" banner issue on app resume and added a logout confirmation step.

- Under-the-Hood Fixes: Session token management is now more robust, and login or registration errors are clearer and localized for a smoother onboarding experience.

- Instant, Offline-First Launch: Sync opens straight to your chats with no network wait — reach your messages immediately, even in airplane mode. Version checks run quietly in the background after you're already in.
- Sync AI (formerly Oracle AI): Sync AI is now a regular conversation in your chat list. Switch personas — Professional, Family, Friend, and more — to shape the AI's tone for the whole chat. On-device action chips detect tasks as you chat and open pre-filled Calendar and Reminders sheets with one tap.
- Live Status Banner: A new full-width banner on every screen shows your real-time connection state — Offline, Connecting, Syncing, or Back Online.
- E2EE Full Feature Parity: Encrypted direct messages now support replies, media (images, video, audio, files), @mentions, and forwarding.

Security:
- Fixed a regression where direct messages opened from a push notification could briefly send in plaintext. Encrypted mode is now resolved from the local database before the first frame — the send path fails closed rather than downgrading silently.
- "Delete for everyone" now clears reactions and read receipts in the same transaction. No more ghost reactions on deleted messages.
- Deleted media is now also removed from storage when a message is deleted for everyone.

Stability & Fixes:
- Fixed spurious logouts when the app resumes from suspension. Refresh requests are now coalesced so only one round-trip fires per wake cycle.
- Deleted messages now vanish in real time for all participants instead of waiting until the chat is reopened.
- Improved connectivity detection on iOS with VPNs, hotspots, and Simulator — gRPC traffic is now the ground truth for connection state.
- Pull-to-refresh exits cleanly when offline instead of spinning on a stalled connection.
- Sync AI streaming is smoother — UI updates are batched every 8 tokens instead of repainting on every token.

- Redesigned Contacts: A single, unified screen for finding friends, managing requests, and syncing your phonebook.
